Copyright and terms of use of materials
All images, photographs, renderings, drawings, texts, descriptions, technical materials, design layouts, catalogs, videos and other materials posted on this site are objects of copyright and/or related rights and belong to LLC "FURNITURE STANDARD".
The materials are provided to partners exclusively for use in promoting and selling original products of TM "DOROS".
Any other use of materials, including (but not limited to):
copying, reproduction, processing, adaptation;
- use to promote third-party goods; · transfer to third parties;
- placement in own catalogs, on websites, in marketplaces without written permission; · creation of derivative materials based on them.
Prohibited without prior written permission of LLC "MEBLEVY STANDART".
It is prohibited to use photos, descriptions and renderings for the sale of analogues, copies or goods of other manufacturers.
Violation of these terms is considered as illegal use of copyright objects and entails liability provided for by the legislation of Ukraine, in particular:
- Art. 8, 15, 16, 50, 52 of the Law of Ukraine "On Copyright and Related Rights"; · Art. 432 of the Civil Code of Ukraine;
- Art. 176 of the Criminal Code of Ukraine.
TOV "MEBLEVY STANDART" reserves the right:
- demand immediate cessation of the violation;
- collect compensation for illegal use;
- apply to the court and law enforcement agencies to protect its rights.
By using the materials of this site, the partner confirms his agreement with the above conditions.
